Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made it easy to return or exchange your items.

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    • Please contact us at info@supportcollective.life to initiate your return.

    • Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

    • We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).

    • If you prefer an exchange, please reach out to our support team at info@supportcollective.life within 30 days of receipt.

    1. Contact us: Send an email to info@supportcollective.life with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

    2. Follow the instructions: We’ll provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and details for your return or exchange.

    3. Ship back the items: Once your return is approved, ship the items back to us using the provided instructions.

  • Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items.

    • Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account after processing.

    • If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at info@supportcollective.life within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
